• Russia's world first floating nuclear power station completed a 5,000-kilometre (3,100-mile) Arctic transfer to the country's far east, the Rosatom nuclear agency said.


• "The Akademik Lomonosov floating nuclear plant arrived at Pevek, in the autonomous district of Chukotka," where it is to start operating by year-end once connected to the local electricity grid, Rosatom said.

• State Bank of India opened a branch in Diskit village, Nubra Valley, Leh district.


• This is the Bank's 14th branch in Ladakh.


• With the population of 1760 as per 2011 Census, residents of Diskit, which is about 100 km away from Leh, can now avail all kind of banking services in their hometown without any hassle of traveling miles to avail banking facilities, the Bank said in a statement.

• India's Sumit Nagal reached the final of the of the Banja Luka Challenger with a 7-6, 6-2 straight-set win over Slovakia's Filip Horansky.


• This is the first time since the Bengaluru Open in September 2017 that Sumit Nagal will feature in a title clash on the ATP Challenger Tour.


• Sumit Nagal was made to work in the first set that went into a tie-breaker. However, the 22-year-old won the tie-breaker comfortably and carried the momentum into the second set, which he won by dropping only two games.


• Sumit Nagal is yet to drop a set in the tournament and a win in the final will help him break into the top 150 in ATP rankings.
