The Second Stage CBT shall have two parts viz
Part A and Part B as detailed below.
PART A -
PART A consisting of Objective Tests will be conducted online. This test would be of
90 minutes duration consisting of
100 questions,
4 sections as follows.

The marks scored in Part A alone shall be used for short listing of candidates for further stages of recruitment process subject to the condition that the candidate is securing qualifying mark in Part B.

UR – 40%, OBC – 30%, SC-30%, ST – 25 %
PART B -
This part is qualifying in nature and shall have questions from the
Trade Syllabus [

Director General of Employment & Training (DGET). PART B consisting of Objective Tests will be conducted online. This test would be of
60 minutes duration consisting of
75 questions.

Qualifying Marks for Part B:
35 % (This is applicable to all candidates and no relaxation is permissible)
Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both – First Stage and Second Stage examination):
There shall be negative marking for incorrect answers in First and Second Stage CBT. 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for each wrong answer. There shall be no negative marking for Computer Based Aptitude Test.
