The NIACL AO Selection Process involves three phases: Phase I – Preliminary Examination, Phase II – Main Examination. Candidates shortlisted in the online Main examination will subsequently be called for an interview to be conducted by the Company, at select centers.
NIACL will release the NIACL AO Results for Preliminary Examination and Main Examinations on its Official Website. Candidates will be required to check their results directly in the below-provided links.

NIACL AO - Phase I - Preliminary Examination:
NIACL AO 2018 Preliminary Exam would be held on 30th January 2019 (Tentative dates). The NIACL AO result for the same will be declared after the commencement of the exam. Candidates clearing the Preliminary Examination will be invited for the next round of recruitment process i.e. Main Examination.

NIACL AO - Phase II - Main Examination:
NIACL AO 2019 Main Exam is scheduled on 2nd March 2019 (Tentative). The NIACL AO results for the same will be declared after the commencement of the exam. Candidates shortlisted in the online Main examination will subsequently be called for the Interview to be conducted by the Company.

NIACL AO - Phase III - Interview Results:
Candidates shortlisted in the online Main examination will subsequently be called for the interview to be conducted by the Company, at select centers. The name and address of the Centre, time & date of this test will be informed to the shortlisted candidates on official website.

• The weightage (ratio) of Online Examination and Interview will be 80:20 respectively.

NIACL AO - Final Results:
Final selection would be based on consolidated marks of main examination (objective test) & Interview. The final merit list shall be prepared in descending order of the consolidated marks secured by the candidates. The selected candidates may be appointed in more than one batch as per the discretion of the Management. Candidates will be intimated of the same through the Company’s website. The candidates are requested to check the website regularly.
