To prepare for SSC CGL Tier-I 2018, the four main subjects that you need to be excellent at are Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, English Language and General Awareness.

  • Identify the weak areas and Concentrate on those areas and Practice well, If possible take the help of extra coaching.

  • Take online Mock Tests to see where you stand and what your strengths. Look for reputed online coaching websites for free Mock Tests.

  • Identify the Weaker sections and Understand those concepts and Practice and again take online Mock Test and Identify your mistakes until you get perfection.

  • Try to attempt the Reading Comprehension at the beginning and quickly.

  • Do not spend over half a minute on a single General Awareness question.

  • You need to have a clear idea of concepts and formula before applying it for a question. Do not to use guess-work in the paper.
