Introduction
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) provides some special extra allowance to their employees appointed as a Management Trainee (MT). BSNL MT Salary and Perks section covers the details about the PayScale and the other allowances & perks of an BSNL MT post.
Salary
- The selected candidates will be on training period of 52 weeks and during the training, MT will get the stipend amount which will be equal to basic pay plus DA as per the government guidelines.
- The Management Trainee shall be appointed in the IDA pay scale [E-3] of Rs 24, 900 - 50,500/- (PRE-REVISED) with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay plus IDA, HRA, Perks, Medical Benefits, etc. admissible, as per company rules.
- Hence after completion of training a BSNL MT or Manager would get a minimum payment of Rs. 66, 500/- per month.
- After promotion to the AGM post, the new pay scale will be in the pay band of 29,100 – 54,500 and initial basic pay would be Rs 29, 100. The gross salary after two years would be Rs 77,600 per month.
