Understanding the SBI Clerk JA Exam Pattern and syllabus will help the candidates in devising effective preparation strategies. Speed/ Time management is vital in obtaining a good score in any competitive exam and hence, analysis of SBI Clerk JA Exam Pattern and syllabus is very crucial to be able to complete the exams in the stipulated time.
The SBI Clerk JA Selection Process has two phases. The first phase is Preliminary Exam and the second phase is Main Exam which are written exams conducted online.

Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both – Preliminary and Main examination):
There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of mark assigned for question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Main Examamination will consists of Objective Test for 200 marks with 4 sections with a total of 190 questions. Each section in the Main Examination is timed and like the Prelims examination, there is a penalty for each wrong answer.
The questions in objective tests, except for the test of General English, will be bilingual i.e., English & Hindi.
