Introduction
Prospective candidates who have successfully registered online, paid the application fee and have submitted the application form for the recruitment process of PNB SO 2019 will be allowed to download PNB SO Admit card/ Call Letter for the Online Examination on 23rd March 2019 tentatively.

Procedure for obtaining call letters for attending online test:
All eligible candidates will be required to download their call letter for on-line examination and the Information Handout from the Bank’s website www.pnbindia.in- Link
(Recruitment/ Career) tentatively on or after 14.03.2019.
Date of commencement of downloading interview call letters for all the posts will be intimated by way of separate notice on the Recruitment Section of Bank’s website www.pnbindia.in > link Recruitment/ Career. Hence, candidates are advised to visit the bank’s website frequently for the date of commencement of downloading of on-line examination/ interview call letters.
Candidates should note that the call letters will not be sent through any other mode.

In case of any difficulty in downloading the call letter, the candidate should contact the Help Desk as mentioned below with regard to downloading the call letter.

Candidates can contact the Help Desk for any concerns/issues i.e. any problem in filling up the form, payment of fee/ intimation charges or receipt of Admission/call letter during the PNB SO Recruitment Process.

PNB SO 2019 Admit Card contains all the crucial details about the candidates and related to the SO Online Test. Candidates are advised to carefully verify the information on the PNB SO Admit Card after downloading it.

- Venue and Address of the designation exam center

- Specified space for pasting the candidate's passport-size photograph (similar to the picture uploaded in application form)

Note:
1. Candidates are required to download PNB SO 2019 Admit Card/ Call Letter and “acquaint yourself” booklet once they are available online on the scheduled date.
2. The exam body will not send the hard copy of PNB SO admit card 2019 and “acquaint yourself” booklet through post or any other means to any candidates.
3. The “acquaint yourself” booklet carries various information, including instructions to be followed by candidates at the exam hall, the written exam pattern and sample questions for the exam.
4. Candidates have to mandatorily carry their PNB SO admit card 2019 to the exam hall on the scheduled exam day. The call letter has to be submitted to invigilators during the exam.
5. The candidates found without the admit card will not be allowed inside the examination center.
Along with the admit card and the necessary stationery such as Black or blue ballpoint pen, the candidates must bring a photo identity proof of any of the following listed, in the official letterhead in original as well as a self-attested Photocopy thereof to the examination hall.

- Unique Identification Card (Aadhar)
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Voter’s Card
- Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph Duly attested photograph
- Identity Card issued by School or College/Gazetted Officer
Note:
1. Candidates must carry the original and photocopy of any one of the above Photo ID proof.
2. All the candidates must ensure that their name on the call letter matches exactly with the one on the photo identity proof that they choose to carry on the day of the exam. Candidates and in particular female aspirants who may have changed their first/ last/ middle name post marriage must ensure that all the particulars match in the admit card.
3. The photocopy of Identity proof should be submitted along with call letter to the invigilators in the examination hall, failing which or if the identity of candidates is in doubt the candidate will not be permitted to appear for the test.
4. In case of any discrepancy in the admit card and the photo identity proof, the candidate will be debarred from appearing for the exam.
Q. How do I download my PNB SO Admit Card 2019?
Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the Registration Number and Password / DOB (DD-MM-YY) at the required fields to download the Call Letter.
Q. What should I do if there is lot of delay is accessing the page?
Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during non-peak hours during at night.
Q. Where do I get the Registration number and password?
Ans. Registration number and password are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgment, at the email address registered by him/her.
Q. My date of birth is rejected on login screen?
Candidate should ensure that the date of birth is same as s/he had entered at the time of registration. Candidate can refer the application print for the date of birth entered by him. The date of Birth should be entered in DD-MM-YY format.
Q. I am unable to login/ screen displays the login failed message?
Please check your entries in login screen. You should use Registration Number & Password as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement. Also, make sure that the date of birth you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.
