Candidates can crack the exam only with the right approach and correct strategy and can also clear the UGC NET 2018 Computer Based examination.
    1. Take time: It is advised students spend quality time on their preparation and also regular amounts of time. Most experts will advice students somewhere between three to six months for preparing for the test.
    If you start your preparation well ahead in time then there will not be any need to skip a topic.
    2. Prioritize: Out of the two papers, one will be on a topic of your choice while the other is a common paper which is to test you on aptitude and general awareness. While it is necessary for you to score well in the paper from your subjects, remember that if you do not clear the first paper you will not be able to clear the NET as well. So give priority to both the papers and spend and plan time in preparation accordingly.
    3. Refer Good Books: Purchase some good books specified by UGC that may help you to clear your basic concepts and logics as well as cover whole syllabus. Also, utilize UGC NET Best Books.
    4. Notes: Get into the practice of making your own notes. Preparing Short-Notes is the best way of practicing your syllabus in a short time and revise everything.
    You can write down important things and related facts and points. Using underlining and highlighting headings will help you to make better notes. Writing notes will also help you in remembering things.
    Notes should be very clear and well written so when you have to revise you can just open your notebook and read it.
    5. Previous Year Papers/ Mock Test Papers: Try and collect as many past year question papers as you possibly can. There is a possibility that you are not able to solve all the questions by yourself, so it is important that you take the help of a mentor, senior, teacher to help you with the questions.
