1. Is NTA going to hold JEE Main this year too? Yes, National Testing Agency will still be responsible for conducting JEE Main. All exam related procedures will be held by the NTA authorities.
2. What is new in JEE Main 2020? NTA has announced that Paper 2 of JEE Main 2020 will be conducted separately for B.Arch and B.Plan. Instead of drawing section, B.Plan examination will have a section with questions on Planning. The application process has also been changed by the authorities and the fee can be paid only in online mode (net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI/PayTM). The application fee has also been changed for all categories. The number of exam centers has also decreased to 231 Indian cities and 9 foreign cities. In the previous year, the total number of Indian exam cities was 264.
1. What is the new change in JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch) eligibility? Candidates who wish to apply for admission through JEE Main 2020 Paper-II (B.Arch) need to have scored 50% marks individually in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and also 50% aggregate marks in 10+2th standard (or equivalent) examination. This information has been notified by the Council of Architecture to NTA.
2. Who is eligible for JEE Main Exam? Students who satisfy the following JEE Main Eligibility Criteria factors will be eligible for the exam:

3. How much is your JEE Main Application fee? The application fee will be set according to your category and gender. Payment has to be made online via credit or debit card. You can also opt for oine payment mode through an e-challan. The fee shall be shown to you while you are filling out the form.
4. How do you check your JEE Main 2020 exam fee status? You have to check your status by visiting the ocial website of NTA which is www.jeemain.nic.in. Take out a printout of your confirmation page for future convenience. If you have paid through e-challan, then visit your nearest SBI branch to update your fees status. In case you have paid online, then wait for 48 hours before checking.
5. What If I forget my JEE Main Application No./Password? You can reset your password through the security question and answer chosen during the application process. After this, a reset link will be sent on your registered email ID or the verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
6. If I entered the wrong details in the JEE Main Application Form, will I be able to correct it? Yes, you can. JEE Main Correction Form is the facility provided to the candidates to correct their details in the application form.
7. Which scanned images have to be uploaded in the JEE Main 2020 application form? The candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature in the application form of JEE Main 2020.

1. Will JEE Main April 2020 session be conducted amid the COVID-19 pandemic? As per the latest update and Supreme Court's decision, JEE Main 2020 shall be conducted for April session as per schedule from September 1 to 6. However, students have taken it to social media requesting the authorities to postpone the exam as a precaution against the spread on coronavirus infection.
2. What precautions should I take while appearing for JEE Main 2020 during the pandemic? Candidates should make sure to keep their nose and mouth covered all the way during commutation and while in the exam centre. Touching any surface should be avoided and regular use of sanitizer is recommended.
3. Why are students protesting against the conduct of JEE Main in September 2020? As the glimpses from various state exams spread, social distancing was at stake and crowding could not be avoided at the exam centres. As social distancing is the minimum precaution against the spread of COVID-19, there are higher chances of getting infected for the sake of appearing for the entrance exam.

They should be precautious enough to not get late in reaching the exam centre.
