- The FCI Salary will be paid as per the Industrial Dearness Allowance
- (IDA) PayScale. The pay will be Rs. 40000/- to 140000/-.

- Once the candidate has completed the training period, the candidate will be paid anywhere between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000. The basic salary here will be around Rs. 40,000 / -.
- Besides the basic pay, candidates will be paid the Dearness allowances and other allowances such as house rent allowances depending on the place of the posting (City A, B, or C).
