UPSC CDS II Career Progression - For Officer Training Academy(OTA):
The Short Service Commissioned Officers of OTA (both male and female) are appointed for a tensure of 14 Years. Here is the promotion order of the officers selected through OTA.
- Captain: On completion of 2 years of service.
- Major: On completion of 6 years of service.
- Lieutenant Colonel: On completion of 13 years of service.
