1. Educational Qualification The local Chartered Accountant Firm should not have more than 3 Partners, of which 2 Partners should have CISA/DISA qualification and should be with the Firm for atleast 3 years and Copy of the latest “Firm Constitution Certificate” issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India shall be enclosed with the Application.
2. Experience The Chartered Accountant Firm should have minimum experience of 5 years in Internal Audit/Statutory Audit of Public Sector Undertakings, preferably in Power Sector.
