1. Director (Student Support Services) At least second class Master’s Degree with 55% marks or B+ 10 years regular service in the scale of Level-11 of the pay matrix
2. Joint Director (Media) Master’s Degree preferably in Mass Communication. A Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/ Institute in production of Radio Programmes/Films. Five years experience in the pay scale of Level-12 of the Pay Matrix
3. Deputy Director (Accounts) On deputation from IA & AS or various central Government Accounts Services holding analogous posts Posts in the scale of level-11 of the Pay Matrix
4. Assistant Director (Administration) At least second class Bachelor’s Degree At least 5 years of regular and continuous service in the scale of level 10 of the pay matrix
Group B
5. Assistant Audit Officer Working knowledge of computer operations. Working knowledge of Hindi / English. 5 Years experience in Accounts/Audit in a Government/ Autonomous Organization in the scale of Level-6 of the pay matrix
6. Assistant Engineer (Civil) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/ University Three years professional experience in civil engineering in offices under Central/ State Govt./ University/ Statutory or Autonomous Organization/ recognized Institution.
7. Junior Engineer (Electrical) Three year diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute/ University Three years professional experience in Electrical Engineering and maintenance work in offices under Central/State Govt./University/Statutory or Autonomous Organization/ recognized Institution.
Group C
8. Assistant Senior Secondary from a recognized Board Proficiency in office Procedure, Noting, Drafting, Knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations. Working on computers with a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour
9. Stenographer Senior Secondary from a recognized Board. Certificate/ Diploma in Secretarial Practice from a recognized institution 3 years experience of working as Stenographer in an established Organization/ Deptt.
