4. Deputy General Manager 42-52 Chartered Accountant / ICWA/ First class Post Graduate in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Economics from a Govt. recognized University / Institute in India
5. Assistant General Manager- Law 35-45 Degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) from a Govt. recognized University / Institute in India. Post Graduate degree in Law will be preferable
6. Assistant General Manager- Industrial Relations 30-40 Post-Graduation in HR/IR/Personnel Management with minimum 55% marks with specialization in Labour Laws and/or industrial relations from a Govt. recognized University / Institute in India. End to end Knowledge of Industrial and Labour Laws
7. Chief Manager- Economic Research 30-40 Post-Graduation in Economics with minimum 55% marks with specialization in monetary/financial economics or econometrics from a Govt. recognized University / Institute in India
