Initial Phase :
Initial appointment of a selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 6 months, which may, at the Bank’s discretion, be extended for a further maximum period of 6 months. Selected candidates will be initially posted in NABARD’s Head Office/Regional office for which they have applied.
Growth :
Candidate have made it through the NABARD Office Attendant Recruitment, he/ she have to complete the probation period. After serving for 5 to 7 years and sometimes 10 years, they are being promoted to the post of Assistant. The promotion is subject to a candidates outstanding performance and behaviour skills.
