3. Sub-Assistant Engineer (L.C.E.) Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized University or any Institution approved by AICTE. Candidate having higher qualification in Civil Engineering
4. Accountant Graduated in Commerce
5. Cashier Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination
6. Clerk Passed Madhyamik or equivalent
7. Typist Passed Madhyamik or equivalent with English typing speed of 30 words per minute and Bengali typing speed of 20 words per minutes and knowledge of working with computers.
