2.	Educational Qualification	1. Retired person from Defence/paramilitary forces not below the rank of Subedar/Inspector or equivalent posts in Navy, Air Force and Central Industrial Security Force/CRPF with 5 year supervisory experience. 2. Must be proficient in Hindi and English language.
