Team management – Assigning Tasks & Monitoring

Vendor management

Better liaison with clients.

Interfacing, networking & coordinating with related trades & services

Target on innovations, avoid reworks & revisits, wastage control, Good Housekeeping

Monitoring and tracking of activities in a sequential stage as per the schedule and highlighting the backlogs, if any.
