Introduction
Candidates who have received the call letters for the examination of IB SA Recruitment, will be permitted to appear for the Tier-I as well as Tier-II Examination only upon presenting a valid ID-Proof along with a photocopy of the Valid Id-Proof. Below mentioned are the details of IB SA ID Verification at the time of the Exam and Joining.
Verification
IB SA ID Verification - Test Day:
- 1. In the examination hall, the call letter along with the original and a photocopy of the candidate's photo identity (bearing the same name as it appears on the call letter) such as
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Driving License
- Voter’s Card
- Bank Passbook with photograph
- Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer
- People’s Representative along with a photograph
- Identity Card issued by a recognised college/university
- Aadhar card with a photograph
- Employee ID should be submitted to the invigilator for verification.
Note:
- Candidates have to produce, in original, the same photo identity proof bearing the name as it appears on the online application form/ call letter and submit photocopy of the photo identity proof along with Examination call letter while attending the examination, without which they will not be allowed to take up the examination.
- Candidate will appear for the examination at the allotted centre at his/ her own risk and expenses and MHA will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.
