IB SA Admit Card

Prospective candidates who have successfully registered online, paid the application fee and have submitted the application form for the recruitment process of IB SA 2018 will be allowed to download IB SA Admit card for Tier-I, Tier-II & Tier-III Examinations.

IB SA 2018-19 Admit Cards Download Process
1. Admit Cards for Tier-I - (Closed)
  1. Click Here to download IB SA Tier-I Exam Admit Card
  2. Candidates need to provide their following details-:
    • Registration No./ Roll No.
    • DOB/ Password
    • Captcha Code (if provided)
  3. After providing their details appropriately, candidates will be able to download their IB Security Assistant/ Executive Admit Card.
  4. Print/ Download the IB SA Tier-I Admit Card/ Call Letter.

2. Admit Cards for Tier-II (Open)

  2. Candidates need to provide their following details-:
    • Registration No./ Roll No.
    • DOB/ Password
    • Captcha Code (if provided)
  3. After providing their details appropriately, candidates will be able to download their IB Security Assistant/ Executive Admit Card.

IB SA 2018 Admit Card contains all the crucial details about the candidates and related to the examination. Candidates are advised to carefully verify the information on the IB SA Admit Card after downloading it.
Below are the details on the Admit card:
  • Name of the Aspirant
  • Registration Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Father Name
  • Gender (Male/ Female)
  • Examination Centre Code
  • Photograph of the candidate
  • Name & Venue of the Test Centre
  • Space for Invigilator’s Signature
  • Specified space for invigilator's signature
  • Applicant’s Photograph
  • Space for Candidate’s Signature

Along with the admit card and the necessary stationery such as Black or blue ballpoint pen, the candidates must bring a photo identity proof of any of the following listed, in the official letterhead in original as well as a self-attested Photocopy thereof to the examination hall.
  • Passport
  • Unique Identification Card (Aadhar)
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter’s Card
  • Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph Duly attested photograph
  • Identity Card issued by School or College/ Gazetted Officer

Q. How do I download my IB SA Admit Card 2018? Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the Registration Number and Password / DOB (DD-MM-YY) at the required fields to download the Call Letter.
Q. What should I do if there is lot of delay is accessing the page? Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during non-peak hours during at night.
Q. Where do I get the Registration number and password? Registration number and password are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgment, at the email address registered by him/ her.
Q. My date of birth is rejected on login screen? Candidate should ensure that the date of birth is same as s/he had entered at the time of registration. Candidate can refer the application print for the date of birth entered by him. The date of Birth should be entered in DD-MM-YY format.
Q. I am unable to login/screen displays the login failed message? Please check your entries in the login screen. You should use Registration Number & Date of Birth as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto-generated email acknowledgment. Also, make sure that the date of birth you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.
