How to Download XAT Admit Card

• Visit the Official Website of XAT 2019.


• Click on login which is located at the top of the page to download.


• At login page enter XAT ID and password as shown below
  
  


• On submitting the login credentials, a new page will open on the screen.


• The candidates need to click on the tab for "Hall Ticket".


• Next, the candidates need to choose an assessment from the drop-down menu i.e.XAT 2019.


• On selecting XAT 2019, click on the "Search" button to submit the details.


• An option to download your Admit Card will appear on the screen.


• Finally, the admit card for XAT 2019 will appear on the screen. Download and take its print out.

Candidates can contact the Help Desk for any concerns/ issues like filling up the form, payment of fee/ intimation charges or receipt of Admission/ call letter during the XAT Exam Process.

The XAT 2019 admit card will display the following information:

• Candidates' name, photograph & signature
• Candidates' Roll Number and XAT ID
• XAT Exam Schedule
• Name of the Test Centre and address
• Exam day instructions, etc.

A Candidate should carry any one of the following documents along with XAT 2019 admit card to the exam hall. Candidates are advised to carry both original and photocopy of the ID proof.

• Aadhar card
• Voter ID
• Passport
• College/ University ID
• Driver's license
• Any other identity proof issued by the Government of India

1. Candidates should bring the admit card along with any one of the following valid photo id proof. (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/ PAN Card/ Valid college ID Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Employee ID Card)


2. In case of any discrepancy in the photograph, candidate should bring one recent passport size photograph.


3. The admit card with original id card as mentioned in point no.1 is valid only on the exam date and time.


4. Request for change of center will not be considered.


5. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the test center after the gate closure time.


6. Your candidature for the entrance examination is "Purely Provisional". In case, it is found that the candidate does not fulfil the eligbiltiy criteria, candidature of such candidate is liable to be rejected at later stage.


7. Possession and use of electronic devices/ jewellery are strictly prohibited inside the test center premises.


8. Candidates will be allowed to login to their respective system 10 minutes prior to the exam commencement. The candidate can go through the instructions during this duration.


9. Visually impaired candidates with scribe will be awarded 10 minutes extra per hour.


10. Guardians/ relatives/ friends accompanying the candidates are not allowed inside the test center.


11. Scribble pad and pen will be provided to the candidates inside the examination lab.


12. Please submit the admit card and scribble pad to the invigilator after the exam.


13. Decision of venue officials will be final.

1. Will I get a hardcopy of my XAT admit card? No. Hard copy of the XAT 2019 admit card will not be issued to any candidate.
2. Till when can I download the XAT 2019 admit card? XAT 2019 admit card download window will be open till January 3, 2019.
3. I forgot my password, how can I download my XAT admit card? If you have forgotten the XAT 2019 password saved at the time of filling up the XAT application form, you can create a new password. To create a new password go to XAT login page and click on forgot password tab. Follow the instruction and change your password to login again.
4. Can I show a digital copy of XAT admit card at the exam center? The only printout of the original XAT 2019 admit card will be accepted at the exam center. Digital copy or a photocopy of the XAT admit card is not admissible.
5. Can I change my test center after I receive my XAT admit card? You can change your test center only once; at the time of filling up the XAT 2019 application form. Once submitted, the XAT application form is not editable.
