With the above-mentioned subject, I’d like to draw your attention towards the need of KMN village to set up a dispensary. I am the Sarpanch of KMN village, writing a letter to you on behalf of the entire village about our concern of having a dispensary inside the village.

The nearest dispensary is not actually close to us. Villagers have to stroll a long way to get a treatment against minor flu symptoms. The village hasn’t witnessed any serious problems due to this, but we do not wish for one to arrive.
Children in the village are prone to a lot of diseases. They experience a sudden rise in their body temperature or symptoms go way out of control due to inadequate medical attention and inadequate medication. Being the Sarpanch of the village, it is my duty to make proper arrangements to provide the right medication and time to time treatment for all villagers.
Health is a basic aspect that needs attention. With a dispensary inside the village itself, it shall become convenient for villagers to seek medical advice and understand the condition of their health and also take proper precautions. The experts in the dispensary shall help create an awareness among the villagers about specific diseases and hygiene.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. KMN shall be highly grateful if you consider our need and take some action.
