Prospective candidates who have successfully registered online, paid the application fee and have submitted the application form for the Entrance Exam of VTUEEE 2020 will be allowed to download VTUEEE Admit Card for Online Exam candidates are allowed to download Admit Card from 8th January 2020.

VTUEEE 2020 Phase I Admit Card

The Hall Ticket will be sent by post “Under Certificate of Posting (UCP)” to the candidate (including those who applied online) about two weeks before the conduct of the examination; however, the Institution will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise due to loss of Hall Ticket in transit or non-delivery of the same.

The e-hall ticket will be available for candidates online at www.veltech.edu.in, it can be downloaded by entering their application number and password generated during registration.

It will be the responsibility of the candidate to contact helpline /write to the Institution in case he/she has not received the Hall Ticket at least 15 days prior to the date of the examination.

Such requests must be sent to Director - UG Admission/Admission Officer (VTUEEE 2020), with two photographs (as same as affixed on the Application Form). Photocopy of the Application Form, proof regarding remittance of fee (photocopy of the Demand Draft/ Challan) in respect of those candidates who have submitted applications online, and the original postal receipt issued by the Post Office for having despatched the Application Form by Registered/Speed Post in order to get the duplicate Hall Ticket

Step III: Enter the required details like “Enrollment ID”, “Email ID”, Password”, and solve the “Captcha”.
Step IV : Click on the “Submit” button.
Step V : VTUEEE 2020 Admit Card will appear on the screen.
Step VI: Check if all the details provided on the VTUEEE Admit Card are correct.
Step VII: If all the details are correct, click on Download Tab
