Candidates who have received the call letters for the examination of TS Police Sub Inspector Recruitment, will be permitted to appear for the Examination only upon presenting a valid ID-Proof along with a photo – copy of the Valid Id-Proof. Below mentioned are the details of TSP SI ID Verification (IT & C / ASI FPB) at the time of the Exam and Joining.

TSP SI ID Verification (IT & C / ASI FPB) - Test Day:
1. In the examination hall as well as at the time of joining, the call letter along with a photocopy of the candidate’s photo identity (bearing exactly the same name as it appears on the call letter) such as

• Voter Card


• Aadhaar Card


• Passport


• Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a Govt. Employee


• School/ College/ University Photo ID card in Original to the examination hall

2. The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter, in the Attendance List and requisite documents submitted. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the Examination/ Joining.
3. Ration Card will not be accepted as valid id proof for this exam.
4. In case of candidates who have changed their name, they will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification/their original marriage certificate/affidavit in original.

Candidates should bring the following documents (whichever are relevant) to the Venue of PMT/PET without fail, as these are essentially required for their registration for the Physical Test -

1. Admit Card / Intimation Letter, preferably in A4 Size
2. Print-Out of the Part-II Application duly signed by the Candidate
3. Self-Attested Photocopy of Community Certificate issued by Government of Telangana
4. Self-Attested Photocopy of Ex-Serviceman / No-Objection Certificate (by Personnel yet to be discharged)
5. Self-Attested Photocopy of Agency Area Certificate for Aboriginal ST Candidates issued by Government of Telangana

• There will verification of identity of each Candidate based on the Biometric Data available with TSLPRB before permitting them to undergo the PMT/PET at all Venues.


• Therefore, Candidates are advised not to have mehendi, temporary tattoos or any obstructive material-covers on their fingers which may hamper the verification of Biometrics.
