Do not have it with any other food. Make sure there is a 2 hours gap between your fruit and your meal.
2. Yogurt
You may ask that having yogurt can give you cold but that isn’t true. If you have it chilled and if you have a low immune system, you are more likely to catch a cold. Yogurt is a rich source of probiotics which means it has plenty of good bacteria. Never add sugar or salt to it as they kill the bacteria in it. Also, avoid eating it in the evenings. We do not suggest taking it in excess quantity under normal condition because daily usage may lower the effects. It is much necessary in this pandemic though.

These are rich in selenium, deficiency of which can increase the chances of getting a flu. Selenium pays a vital role in boosting immunity. Besides, it is also rich in protein which is yet another nutrient required for immunity.
9. Oysters

These are those two spices without which we cannot cook anything.
