Introduction
An adequate number of candidates in each category, as decided by the Bank will be called for Group Exercises after they qualify in the SIB PO examination 2019. After the group exercises session, the candidates will be further called for the personal interview with an interview panel where the candidate will be tested for personality traits, speaking skills, along with the verification of the qualifications of the candidate. The qualifying marks for Group Exercises & Interview will be as decided by the Bank.
Not : Candidates qualifying for Group Exercises & Interview under ‘OBC‘ category would be required to submit OBC certificate containing the ‘Non-Creamy layer‘ clause. Candidates not submitting the OBC certificate containing the ‘Non Creamy layer‘ clause and requesting to be interviewed under General category will not be entertained.
The SIB PO Selection Process Criteria: Involves Three stages

The SIB PO 2019 Stage - 1 Online Test consists of four different sections containing different marks with a total of 200 marks .
Online Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Online Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview
- • Initial shortlisting will be done based on the marks scored in the Online Test
• Final Selection will be based on the consolidated marks obtained for Online Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
• Bank reserves the right to make required modifications in the selection process considering the number of applications for the post.
• The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.
• Results of the candidates who qualify for Online exam and Group Exercise & Interview as well as the final select list will be made available on the Bank’s website.
