How to Avail Phone Banking Services
To avail these services customers can call Phone Banking and generate their 4-digit Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN)#. The TPIN needs to be changed during first time usage. TPIN generated through Call Centre will have enquiry access only. For availing transaction services such as Funds transfer, Bill payment, Stop Payment , FD, DD Request, through Phone Banking, customer needs to fill and submit Financial access form at the branch. By filling up the form customer will get access to both enquiry and transaction services through Phone Banking. Financial access form is available under forms section.

online TPIN through Phone Banking can be generated only for accounts eligible for Phone Banking services.

IDBI Bank 'Abhay' is a revolutionary mobile app which empowers IDBI Bank customers' to gain personal control over their debit cards and safeguard them against any probable fraudulent activities on their debit card. Abhay Card Control App gives you the following controls:
Lock/Unlock your Debit card
No more worries regarding your card getting misused without your knowledge. You can keep your Debit card turned OFF and turn it ON only when you want to use it. All this is possible instantly with a single touch.
Set Card Limits
You have the flexibility to set your own daily transaction limits for ATM and POS usage. For example, if your daily ATM withdrawal and POS usage limits are 25,000 each, then you can set your transaction limits as per your requirement within the prescribed limit.
Customizing Transactions
Depending on your requirement, you can also enable/disable your card for specific type of transactions- ATM or POS. For Example, if you do not wish to use your card for purchases, you can disable POS transactions by setting the POS limit to zero.

Toll Free Banking is a service offered by the bank to help you obtain your Account Balance or Mini Statement by simply giving a missed call to a toll-free number. This service is currently offered free of charge by the bank.
Following services are currently offered by giving a Missed Call from your registered mobile number, updated in Bank's record:
1. Balance Enquiry: 18008431122
You can get the last 'Available' balance of your account (by an SMS) by giving a Missed Call to 18008431122.
2. Mini Statement: 18008431133
You can get the Mini Statement (by an SMS) for last 5 transactions in your account by giving a Missed Call to 18008431133.

1. Bank has pre-activated this facility for all account holders who maintain a single operative account.
2. If you have registered the same mobile number in multiple customer accounts, you need to follow a simple and instant registration process as detailed herein.

A confirmation SMS message will be sent indicating status of registration. If successful, you can immediately start using the service. You will receive a confirmation message indicating successful de-registration from the service. In order to avail the service again, please initiate a fresh registration.

9. mPassbook
IDBI Bank's mPassbook (Android version) is an application to access physical passbook in an electronic form at the convenience of your mobile phone. You can view the transactions of all your accounts, both in online as well as offline mode (Mobile not connected to internet). In addition, there are several other unique features provided within the application which enhances the overall experience.
The initial as well as subsequent download will render previous/last 90 days transactions.
