What is a Hand Written Declaration? A Handwritten Declaration is a written statement saying that the information that the candidate has provided is true which is signed and stays as a proof of evidence. Below are some important points to note:
  • The Hand Written Declaration should be written only by the applicant and not by any other person.

  • If the applicant is Visually Impaired who cannot write, he/she can get the text of declaration typed and put their left-hand thumb impression below the typed declaration and can submit/upload the document as per specifications.

  • The Hand Written Declaration should not be written in CAPITAL Letters.

  • The Hand-Written Declaration should be written on a white paper with blue or black ink.

  • The Hand -Written Declaration has to be written in English only for recruitment exams in India.

  • Hand Written Declaration Specification for KBL PO: Hand-Written Declaration o File type: jpg / jpeg o Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height) o File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB
