Step-1: Visit the BITSAT 2019 official website and click on ‘Apply here for BITSAT 2019’.
Step-2: Read instructions on the page carefully and click on ‘Allow me to Apply Online’ tab.
Step-3: Enter basic details such as Name, Gender, DOB and a valid E-mail id for registration and click on the ‘Proceed’ tab.
Step-4: Next, enter parents’ name, nationality, and complete address along with a mobile number. Furthermore, candidate will be asked to enter their 12th examination details (Name of Institute, Board, Year of passing, etc).
Step-5: Scanned images of photograph and signature will have to be uploaded in the prescribed format.

Step-6: Now, candidate need to enter their choice of Preferred Test Centres. Candidates can choose the centres from within India or Dubai. If candidates select centers within India, he/she will be asked to give three preferences and one out of the three will be allotted. If Candidate choose Dubai as a centre he/she won’t be asked for any preferences, and the Dubai Centre will be allotted.
Step-7: Once done, click on the SUBMIT tab. Candidate will be asked to verify all the details and confirm their submission.
Step-8: Once after submit the BITSAT 2019 application form, the system will generate a Unique Registration Number. Note down this number as it will be required for all future references. If candidate do not have a printer attached to the computer while filling the online application, he/she can complete the application process and take the printout of the application form later by entering the personal details and the application number.
Step-9: Now, comes the payment part. Candidate can choose to pay through the offline mode i.e. via ICICI Bank Challan payment or through the online mode i.e. Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking. According to his/her choice, and they will be directed to the payment gateway.

Step-10: After completing the online BITSAT 2019 Application Form, candidates will be asked to take printouts of the filled form. He/she should take two copies of the printout and keep them for future reference.
Step-11: Once the application form process is complete, please keep checking the BITSAT Application Form Status to ensure that the application request has been acknowledged.
Step-12: If discover any mistake in the submitted Application form, candidates can edit or correct the form details till the first week of March 2019.
Important Note:
In case if candidate choose to pay through the online mode i.e.
Credit Card/ Debit Card or Net Banking, keep the following points in mind to avoid any confusion at a later stage.
- The BITS server does not collect any information of credit card details such as credit card number, expiry date, etc.
- If the payment is successful and BITS receives the amount, when candidate log into BITS admission website next time, he/she will be taken to the print page wherein he/she can print the application form along with the payment receipt.
- During the payment process, if the link fails to open or if candidate receive any error messages, candidates are advised to re-login to the BITS Admission website with the personal details and application number. If BITS has not received the money, they will be taken to the page wherein candidate have to select the payment method and continue once again. If the payment is already received, candidate will be taken to the printout page as explained above.
- While applying online, do not use the ‘Back’ button on the toolbar of the browser. Use the links and tabs available on the page to move from one page to another. Further, after applying, close all the open browser windows for safety purposes.
